As we enter our new normal, we are moving forward with an abundance of caution to protect our clients. While Kansas and Missouri are re-opening, Coldwell Banker Good Life will still adhere to the following:
- Use of hand sanitizer, wipes and masks at all of our listings and when showing homes.
- Exclusive appointments so that there is only one buyer/agent touring your home at a time.
- Restricing appointments to just the actual buyer(s); no children, parents or friends.
- Asking Sellers to turn on lights and open interior doors to minimize touching of surfaces.
- Offering Virtual Tours and Virtual Open Houses.
We will continue to navigate these times in the best interest of our clients!
Property Shop Dressage & Combined Training Schooling Show 2021 Series
In the Fall of 2019, a group of local horse enthusiasts met to discuss how to launch a successful Dressage & CT Schooling Show Series in KC. The Property Shop Team stepped up as the lead sponsor to take on the financial risk to launch this series.
